  • The states have the right to defend themselves if the federal government does not. That's in the constitution as well. AZ has not passes a new immigration law, it passed a law mandating its law enforcement to assist in enforcing existing federal immigration law.

  • Jose: I have nothing against anyone from any country coming here Legally. My grand parents were immigrants from Italy and great-grandparents from Germany. I have nothing against Mexicans people or Mexico itself.
